How callback service works
Callback service is very easy to use. The only requirement is that you must use a telephone which dials in “tone” mode.
Here are the simple steps:
- Dial the access number assigned to you and let it ring one time only. Hang up the phone. (This call is not answered, so it should not be charged by your phone company)
- Our computer will know you called and it will call you back within seconds.
- When you answer, you will hear a US dial tone on your line.
- Dial the country code and the number you wish to talk to. You will be connected automatically.
Rates/Tariffs
"Hello America" offers you peace of mind with a flat rate calling plan. This means you will pay the same low rate, not matter what time of the day and no matter what day of the week you call. Invoicing
Calls are billed monthly and charged to a credit card. Invoices are posted on this website and contain all details about your calls, making it easy to verify the accuracy of the charges. If there should ever by any questions about charges, just contact customer service.
Activation
To register your phone number(s) for Hello America Callback Service, complete an application form and mail or fax it back to us. A valid credit card is required to activate this service.

After we receive your application, we will assign you a special Access Number via mail, email, or fax, depending on the contact information you provided. From the registered phone number(s), you can call the Paxx network at any time.
Other Benefits
As Paxx customer, you may use the Paxx service like a “calling card”, while traveling in USA or Canada, without any of the calling card fees and surcharges that many other cards charge.
If you plan to travel to Canada, Mexico, most of Europe, Turkey and Israel, you can access the Paxx network through special toll-free access numbers in those countries. For a complete list of toll-free access numbers and countries from which the TravelCard service is available, click here
